By default, WinPal sends estimates and invoices as a link. If you'd rather share a PDF file directly by email, WhatsApp, or any other app, here's how to download it from your phone and send it as an attachment.
To get started, open your invoice or estimate and tap PDF, then double-tap the PDF to open it in a new browser window on your phone.
On Safari (iPhone)
The PDF will open in the browser. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom center of the screen.
To save it: tap Save to Files, choose a folder, and tap Save.
To share it directly: choose any app from the share sheet like Mail, WhatsApp, Messages, etc.
On Chrome (iPhone)
The PDF will open in the browser. Tap the Share button at the top right of the screen, next to the address bar.
To save it: tap Save to Files, choose a folder, and tap Save. The file is saved to the Chrome folder in your Files app.
To share it directly: choose any app from the share sheet like WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.
Once saved, attach the PDF file to any email or message the same way you'd attach any other file from your phone.
