Go to Settings, then tap Export data.
Pick what to export: expenses, invoices, or estimates.
Choose a time frame and a format.
Tap Export, then choose where to save or share the file.
Spreadsheet only (CSV): just the numbers. Opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Spreadsheet + files (ZIP): the spreadsheet plus your receipts or PDFs, sorted into folders by month.

Yes. Amounts are real numbers you can total, and there is a formatted column too so it reads like the app.
Large exports with lots of receipts or PDFs take longer to gather. If one is very large, we will suggest a shorter time frame, so try exporting one year or quarter at a time.
If a file could not be added, you will find an export-notes.txt inside the ZIP listing what was skipped. The rest of your export is still complete.
Once the export is ready, your device share sheet opens so you can save it to Files, email it, or send it to your accountant. On the web it downloads straight to your computer.
