WinPal supports the following ways to log in:
Email & Password: Sign in with the email address on your account and your password
Google: Sign in using your Google account
Apple: Sign in using your Apple account (iOS and web)
If you created your account using Apple Sign-In, here's what you need to know:
If you didn't hide your email when signing up: You can request a magic link login using your Apple email address. Check your email for the sign-in link, or contact support if you need help.
If you used Apple's "Hide My Email" option: Your actual email address is hidden from us, which prevents web login. To fix this:
Send Winpal Support the email address you’d like on your account
Our team will update it so you can log in on the web with that email
Your Apple Sign-In on iOS will continue to work without any changes
If you signed up with email & password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset it.
