The AI Estimator builds estimates from a description of the job and does more of the planning for you.
Trained on 20,000+ real estimates across 15+ trades.
Add your hourly rates, markup, preferred suppliers, and custom instructions so every estimate matches how you actually run your business.
Every estimate comes with a step-by-step execution plan, from prep work to final cleanup.
Choose lightning-fast estimates or maximum accuracy, depending on the job.
Choose Create with AI on a new estimate, then give the AI as much detail as you can:
Describe the job by typing it out or recording a voice note.
Add photos of the job site.
Measure with satellite images to trace lawns, driveways, patios, and other areas so the AI works from real measurements instead of a guess.
Then choose a mode:
Speed: get an estimate back in seconds, ideal for quick or straightforward jobs.
Precision: takes a little longer but works through more detail for maximum accuracy, better for larger or more complex jobs.
Tap More > Settings > Customize your AI estimator to set these once. Every AI estimate reflects how you price work, or adjust them for a single estimate:
Show prices: let AI decide, show one combined price per item, or break out labor and material costs separately.
Material markup: let AI decide, set a specific percentage, or write a custom rule (for example, "20% on materials over $500, 10% under").
Hourly rate: let AI decide, set a specific amount, or write a custom rule (for example, "$85/hr weekdays, $120/hr weekends").
House rules & special instructions: add any other standing instructions you want the AI to follow on every estimate.
Preferred suppliers: list your go-to suppliers, separated by commas, so the AI factors them into sourcing and pricing.
Pricing: let AI decide, or choose Competitive, Balanced, or Premium to set the overall pricing position the AI should aim for.
Equipment: add equipment you already own so the AI skips unnecessary rental charges for jobs that need it.
Along with the estimate itself, the AI generates a job plan: a step-by-step execution plan for the project, from prep work through to final cleanup. Use it to plan your own workflow on the job, or hand it to a crew member so they know what to do and in what order.
