How to Reuse and Edit Estimate Prompts

1. Click Create a new estimate

2. Select Create with AI to generate the estimate using artificial intelligence

3. In the Describe the job field, click the History button

4. A list of your recent AI requests will appear

Select and View Previous Requests

• Browse through your recent AI-generated prompts and job descriptions

• Click on any previous request to view or reuse it

• Your history is organized chronologically, with the most recent at the top

Edit, Copy, and Reuse Your Prompts

Once you've selected a previous request, you can:

• See the exact prompt and description you previously used

• Create new estimates based on your edited or original prompt

• Modify the prompt before generating a new estimate

• Copy the prompt text to use in other places

Customize Your AI Estimator

To get the most accurate and personalized estimates, configure your AI settings in Settings > Customize your AI estimator. This allows you to control how Winpal's AI generates estimates based on your business preferences.
