Faster payment: clients pay in a tap from the invoice link, no separate app or login needed on their end.
Cards + wallets: credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and Cash App Pay.
Save cards on file: charge a returning client without asking for their card details again.
Stripe dashboard: see funds and your payout dashboard live in your own Stripe account.
Go to Settings > Payment Methods > Connect Stripe. This takes you to Stripe's own signup (or login, if you already have a Stripe account) outside of WinPal. Complete Stripe's setup steps with your business details, bank account, and identity verification.
Most accounts are ready shortly after setup, but Stripe can take a few days to approve your account if it needs more information from you.
Once Stripe approves your account, you can accept online payments from your invoice links.
Your first payout is typically scheduled 7 to 14 days after your first successful live payment, which is the standard Stripe fraud prevention and regulatory review, not specific to WinPal. After that, payouts follow your Stripe schedule and are usually much faster, often 2 to 3 business days in the US.
Stripe can pay out automatically on your account's schedule, or you can switch to manual payouts from your Stripe Dashboard if you'd rather choose when money moves to your bank.
Check Stripe Payouts for more information.
WinPal doesn't set card processing fees and doesn't take a cut of your payments. Stripe charges its own standard processing fees (for example, US domestic online card payments are listed at 2.9% + 30ยข per successful transaction). Fees vary by country, card type, wallet, and currency, and can change.
See stripe.com/pricing for current rates.
